Recently, the 14th Tianjin International Diabetes Forum co-organized by Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital (Metabolic Diseases Hospital) of Tianjin Medical University was successfully held in Tianjin. The forum was chaired by Professor Chen Liming, President of Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital of Tianjin Medical University. Professor Yan Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tianjin Medical University, and Academician Ning Guang of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were invited to deliver speeches.

    The theme of this conference is "Inheritance, Innovation, Cohesion and Integration", focusing on the organic combination of innovative theory, guidelines, molecular mechanism and clinical efficacy. The conference invited 3 speakers from abroad and 64 well-known domestic experts to give keynote speeches. The forum was divided into two sessions, including clinical medicine sessions and basic medicine sessions.

    This forum promoted in-depth exchanges between scholars at home and abroad. The whole conference schedule is compact and rich in content, and the profound academic attainments of experts and their dedicated lectures allowed participants to enjoy a rich academic feast.
