Resume

I major in the teaching and research on nutrition and food hygiene. I mainly interested in the basic nutritional research on the trace element, iodine and thyroid’s functions and diseases. I also focus on the effects of phytochemicals to brain functions, such as Alzheimer’s disease. I am rich in the experience on epidemiological study, in vivo and vitro research.


Research direction

Nutrition, mainly focus on trace elements nutrition and diseases, and biofunctions of phytochemicals and brain functions.
